You are buying gimbal mount with electronics. 
In addition to gimbal setup one extra full set of softer dampening rubber balls is included, thus the price increase. Some people report better performance with non balanced props and softer balls.   
Due to nature of the hobby this item is not returnable.

First I want to say how pleased I am with your gimbal for IRIS+ and Sony action cams. Tonight at dusk was our first flights with IRIS+, your gimbal and our Sony AS20.The three sets of videos shot a 60P. slo mo,and 30p were all excellent. No jello at all. gimbal functioned perfectly.

The IRIS+ is a great camera platform gut also a very fun responsive quad to fly. It is FUN to fly.
